EZCash Rewarding Program

EZCash Rewarding Program is an one of its kind program that  offers two incentives in one.  EZCash allows members to earn cash back on purchases made at hundreds of brand name  stores and through "People Make Purchases, You Make Money", members can generate a life time residual income and enjoy a relaxing life.

It is FREE and simple to participate in EZCash.  We require only your email address and a password to get started. Once you become a member, you can access your personal profile page at any time to check out your personal earning through your own purchases as well as your organizational earning.

Our model is simple and straight forward, and rewarding. EZCash profiles many international brand name stores, along with current highlighted discounts and special offers on its site. Online shoppers simply click their favourite  stores and check for bargains and specials.  Once a purchase is made, EZCash receives a commission for referring buyers to affiliated stores.  A portion of this commission received  will be distributed to the buying member and those who directly and indirectly bring in the member. The more friends you talk to about EZCash, the more rewarding it is.

The beauty of the EzCash Rewarding Program is that:

1) Members never have to pay one cent more than they would have paid buying directly from the selected stores;
2) Members never have to pay any membership fees;
3) Members never have to make any purchases in any given month to be eligible for a cash back.  Bonuses, however, will depend on some specific activities carried out by the members;
4) Members can sit back and enjoy one-stop shopping. There is no need to browse around different sites to locate discounts and special offers, anything you wish to buy is now at your fingertip.

Membership

By enrolling as a member in the EZCash Rewarding Program ("Member"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Enrollment as a Member is simple: you must provide a valid email address to EZCash for all correspondences purposes. Members must at least be eighteen years of age and agree not to use the Program for any illegal or fraudulent activity. Please be aware that participation in the Program and the benefits presented to earn cash back and bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of EZCash, and EZCash has the right to change this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

Earning Cash Back and Bonuses

A rebate of your online purchases would be credited back to you as cash back ("Cash Back"). While browsing our EZCash site, you can click any shopping links to be directed to any affiliated store's website ("Affiliate Store"). Upon completing an eligible purchase, EZCash would be informed by the Affiliate Store the amount of the purchase and other relevant information. Once this transaction is entered into our system, you would be able to see the relevant details of such purchase including the personal Cash Back you would be rewarded.

Please note that specific Cash Back amounts may vary by store and by product. EZCash would use its best efforts to provide as much information as possible. However, the exact amount of Cash Back would depend on the final decision of the Affiliate Stores while EZCash has absolutely no control over it . Please also note that the net purchase amount excludes taxes, fees, shipping, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations, and extended warranties.

To earn Cash Back and bonuses, you must complete your purchase during the same shopping session you start after clicking on the EZCash link. If you visit other sites before completing your purchase, your purchase might be associated with a service other than EZCash and you might not earn cash back on your purchase. If you disable 'cookies' on your computer you will not be able to earn Cash Back as cookies are used to authenticate the user and be certain Cash Back is assigned to the Member account.

EZCash Rewarding Program is unique. Besides earning a cash back, you can also make a life time residual income by sharing your shopping experience with your friends and relatives.

Once you become a member, you can log on and go to your PROFILE page. There, you will find your “Personal Referring Link”. You can copy this link and send the link to all your friends and relatives. Please feel free to mention to them how you enjoy shopping on EZCash and the benefits offered by EZCash. Then, kindly suggest them to click the link and register as a member to check out our service. When they sign up as a member, our system will automatically register you as their referring member.

Another way to do that is simply tell them about EZCash and ask them to go to our site and register using you as their referring member.

Either way, EZCash is able to keep track of all members' activities directly and indirectly brought in by you. As a token of appreciation, EZCash is sharing with you all the commissions paid to us by all Affiliate Stores for all purchases made by members brought in by you down 6 levels deep. Credit of Members' Account

Upon completion of any members' purchase, EZCash will be notified by Affiliate stores within days. Our transaction record would then be updated and such would be reflected in members' Profile Page. Please note, however, while EZCash is committed do our best to credit our members' accounts for all purchases as soon as possible, it is not within EZCash's ability to do that until EZCash receive commissions from our Affiliate Stores.

Receiving Payment

To receive payment of accrued Cash Back and Bonuses, you must maintain an active account with EZCash ("Active Account") with the information necessary to process your payment: a valid email address for correspondence purpose, a valid postal address at which you are able to receive mail, your first and last name, and a password to protect your account. To maintain your Active Account, you must have shopped on EZCash within the last six (6) months.

EZCash members can request a withdrawal of funds from their accrued Cash Back and Bonuses anytime via a valid and active PayPal account or any other payment options that may come available in the future. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Please note that EZCash will not be responsible for any charges incurred for such PayPal payment or any other payments, and EZCash reserves all rights to impose an administration fee on each withdrawal.

Receiving Emails from EZCash

As an EZCash member, you agree to receive emails or other type of communications that may be i) membership related, 2) benefit related, 3) financial related, 4) terms and conditions related, 5) policy related, and 6) shopping discounts and special related.

Limitations on Liability.

You agree that EZCash is neither responsible nor liable for the availability, accuracy, content, reliability or advertising of the merchandise or services of Affiliate Store sites. This Agreement and the corresponding Privacy Policy only apply when you are on the Site. Once you link to an Affiliate Store's website, you should read and understand that website's terms of use and privacy statement before disclosing any personal information

You understand that once you click the Affiliate Stores' links leading to their online stores, EZCash will no longer has any control over any activities carried out on Affiliate Stores' sites and would not be responsible or liable for any damages or consequential damages caused accordingly.

You understand that EZCash neither endorses, manufactures, represents, nor distributes any of the products you purchase in any of our Affiliate Stores. As such, EZCash is neither responsible nor liable for any product and service defects, operational issues, product reliability, product quality, and product durability.

You understand that all purchases of products and services you made are solely between you and our Affiliate Stores and all issues should be addressed directly to our Affiliate Stores, not EZCash. This applies as well to products or services purchased but not delivered, or delivered late and EZCash is under no circumstances liable for such incidents.

Termination of Service.

EZCash reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue offering the Program in its sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Program at any time, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease participating in the Program and/or provide Member comments to EZCash. You agree that EZCash will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.

Reactivation of suspended Accounts

Membership in the EZCash program is free. However, if your account is inactive for more than six (6) consecutive months, EZCash reserves the right to suspend your EZCash account. If you desire to re-active your EZCash account, EZCash reserves the right to charge you a reactivation fee to cover any cost of account reactivation

Program Limitations, Qualifications & Disclaimers

Membership in the Program is subject to this Program Agreement. All Affiliate Store membership and/or operating agreements as they relate to their affiliate or partner programs with EZCash and which reside on the Affiliate Store's respective Web sites are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Membership in the Program is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Members may not use scripts or disguised redirects to derive financial benefit from EZCash. Members must have Internet access and maintain a valid email address to be eligible to receive the privileges and benefits of membership.

Any failure to comply with this Program Agreement, any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or receipt of cash back rewards, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to EZCash or its affiliates by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your membership in the Program and forfeiture of your accrued Cash Back and Bonus rewards.

The determination of whether or not a purchase made through an EZCash Affiliate Store qualifies for Cash Back and Bonuses is at the sole discretion of EZCash. If an Affiliate Store fails to report a transaction to EZCash or withholds payment to EZCash for any reason, EZCash reserves the right to cancel the Cash Back and Bonuses associated with that transaction. If EZCash has any reason to suspect fraudulent activity is associated with your account, EZCash reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of Cash Back. You give EZCash permission to review your account with Affiliate Stores in cases where EZCash suspects fraudulent activity. EZCash is not responsible for lost or stolen payments. EZCash is not responsible for payments delivered to the wrong PayPal account or address through no fault of EZCash or for payment errors made by payment partners like PayPal.

It is your responsibility to check your account regularly to ensure that Cash Back and Bonuses has been properly credited and paid and that your account balance is accurate. If you do not believe that Cash Back has been correctly credited to your account, you must contact EZCash via email within 90 days of the transaction. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your account or payments made to you, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Program.

You may be taxed on your receipt of cash, bonuses, and other consideration depending on the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions. EZCash may choose to provide you with those notices to you on occasion. In all instances, you will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of the consideration received for member referrals.

EZCash is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Affiliate Store, or for any Affiliate Store withdrawal from the Program, or for any effect on accrual of Cash Back caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal. EZCash is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any special offer or coupon code at an Affiliate Store site.

The EZCash Program is being provided to member "as is" with no warranty. EZCash reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with or without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZCash disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program and Applications.

EZCash does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality or accuracy of advertisements for any products or services offered or provided by Affiliate Stores in conjunction with the Program. In addition, EZCash does not warrant that access to this site or use of its Applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, and EZCash assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by your access or inability to access EZCash.com or EZCash' Applications.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold EZCash, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Program.

EZCash may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions page of the EZCash Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Program.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without reference to conflicts of law rules. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. EZCashs' failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EZCash with respect to the Program.
