When you sign up as a member of EZCash, we collect your name, email address, and country of residence ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information to track and send you Cash Back and bonuses. We also collect non-personal information pertaining to our merchant partners you visit, the purchases you make, and the offers you view ("Transaction Information"). We use Transaction Information to process your Cash Back and bonuses reliably, as well as to provide more relevant offers for you when you visit us or use our applications and services.

Buy Now Shopping Cart Service and In-Store Offers

When and if EZCash starts to offer our own product to you, we would include a Buy Now shopping cart service. In such case, we would collect and store your credit card information to assist you in completing purchases quickly and efficiently (for example, so you will not have to type your credit card number to complete a purchase using a mobile device). With In-Store Offers, pursuant to which you can earn Cash Back and bonuses at our merchant partners, no transmission of your credit card information to one of our service providers would be conducted, We store your credit card information in a secure manner.

Browser Button and Mobile Application

When you visit EZCash or use our EZCash mobile application (shall it be available anytime in the future), we may collect your browsing history and your Transaction Information. We share this Transaction Information as needed with our affiliate network partners and merchant partners in order to confirm your Cash Back reliably, and we use it to provide you more relevant and interesting offers. We may also share Transaction Information on an anonymous basis with our corporate affiliates in order to understand industry trends. This anonymous Transaction Information may be aggregated with other information and shared as general shopping analysis and trends.

Social Media

Our website may include social media features in the future. In such case, your IP address may be recorded and cookies may be used to enable the feature to function properly. These social media features may be hosted by us or a third party. Your interactions with social media features hosted by third are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them.

EZCash Rewarding Program

As an Ambassador in our EZCash Rewarding Program, your friends and relatives would register with their names and email addresses. We store this information for the sole purpose of tracking the success of our referral program and all Cash Back and Bonuses.

EZCash is not responsible for any issues coming out of a wrong email address.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as you have a balance greater than zero in your account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
